Another 5 star visit yesterday! When my son is happy, I am happy!! He dreads going to get his haircut so bad but left here the last 2 times with a huge smile on his face. Emily was awesome! She was so down to earth and made my son feel really comfortable. She took her time on his hair to make sure he looked "cool" per my request. Lol. I love the way they actually care about their clients here. It is very evident. Thanks Sports Clips and Emily!!

All the staff have been friendly and seem to be pretty good as well though.
I try to keep an open mind when I write a review and typically wait a little bit before I write a review. I use this location quite a bit for myself and my kids. Today I used their app and it said the wait was approximately an hour. So I went ahead and secured my appointment via the app. So when I get there 5 minutes early the stylist I requested just sat a customer down. When I went in she said oh you weren't here so I took the next person in line, keep in mind I was early. I told her I was pressured on time but would except the next available stylist so that I would have enough time. The second girl went out the door and came back 15 minutes with her lunch and the third girl in the store went to the back of the store and came out after about 20 minutes.
There were several things to me that suggest poor management from my visit today. One they just take whoever and don't pay any regard to their app, second the board showing who is up was not on or broken. Third if you only have three stylist working why would you let two of them go on break at the same time? The haircut did turn out fine but once I arrived it was 45 minutes after the originally scheduled time with no one else in the store. I will be back but if these issues continue I will move on to a different place.
