Just tried to make an appointment for a haircut and color, and was told that I would have to make a $100.00 deposit prior to setting up my appointment. I am a 63 year old female and NEVER in my life have I had a salon ask for a deposit. This is a CLEAR message to me that they have problems with their services and have to secure their money up front. Needless to say, I did NOT make an appointment, hung up the phone and called another place.
Love this salon! Jaime did a wonderful job with my partial balayage highlights and haircut--lots of attention to detail! Wonderful atmosphere inside and everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend!

The Boutique is precious as priced comfortably. Braidyn was a color and cut genius! She took my babbling description (that wasn't all too helpful) and turned it into the perfect result! I went in looking like a troll and emerged a goddess.
I just moved to Wilmington from DC, and I am definitely used to high-quality blowouts. I absolutely can not believe the first salon I tried was so exceptional!! It was totally by accident how I discovered it -- it was a simple Google search -- but the blowout is definitely East Coast good. $55.
Maybe this has to do with Rae, my stylist. She also just moved to Wilmington (from NJ) five weeks ago. She knows high maintenance women like me! I love her and will be coming back only to see her.
