My husband and I both walked in today for mani/pedi. My husband had a great time with great service. I on the other hand felt like I was an imposition. Pedicure was rushed but no real complaints, there. My manicure disappointed me. Photos taken immediately following the service. I tried voicing my concerns during the manicure but was told "not done yet". By the time the gel manicure was complete I didn't have time for a redo. Polish on cuticles.
It was nasty and terrible service. There was a fingernail on the table. I wanted to get up but I was already started. Also the tools looked dirty. The paint is so thick and bumpy. Around the edges were so jagged I tried to explain that it looked bad but of course she didn't speak English. I can't believe I paid for it. I strongly suggest going somewhere else!

My daughter set up 2 appts for 1/1 for a fill in a acrylics set. We have text messages verifying it. When I got there, they had us down for a mani pedi. Had to tell them several times no. Our appts were at the same time and they left one person behind to do both of ours while the others left. My nails are very thick and they didn't clean under the nail the nail isn't fully painted and some of the nails are crooked.. The guy was hurrying so he could do my daughters. My daughter didn't want him to hurry hers so she decided not to get it. I'm so disappointed and upset with our experience! Now I have to spend more money to get someone to fix them before my trip.
I have been to a few nail salons over the years. I went in on a Friday. There was a bit of a wait. Which I think is totally expectable when one walks in w/o an appointment. But was greeted when I walked in. They had by far the largest options of nail colors I have ever seen and it took me a while to decide. Which is great to have such a verity. They did great, did not rush and made sure all was well. I am usually hurt when I get solar nails done but was never hurt!!. I ended up feeling like they were too long and was able to get in right away and they took care of me and all my concerns. That is huge in my book! They are a bit pricey I feel but well worth it. Great people, great service! I will be going back there from now on. Good job guys :)
