Complete joke of a hair cut. First I had to tell her the obvious hair she missed sticking off the side of my head. Second if you don't get a full mvp wash they will leave all the hair they cut on top of your head. Literally had to brush clumps of wet hair out of my hair before walking out. I'm not one to cause a seen or complain but after that I had to find a way to leave a review. Common sense isn't so common apparently!  
Side note
There are a few there that can cut hair but good luck finding out until it's too late.

As soon as we walked through the door to sign in we wasn't even acknowledged I even waved at both the employees, they looked right at me, the only customers there was my son and the two men getting haircuts. Signing in I picked the option first available and I wish I hadn't. We had a 2 minute wait. Ebone was my son's barber I showed her 2 times on my phone how I wanted my sons hair cut, she never looked at my screen either time. I told her my son was autistic, I believe it went in one ear and out the other, then asked me what guard he uses on his hair, mind you we have been using this sports clips for years, that info is supposed to be under his name. My son asked for the cushion to sit on, and again we were totally ignored. He said but there is hair in the chair and Ebone spurted off "There is hair everywhere in here". My son is adhd, autistic and OCD. He told her not once, twice, but I know 4 times that she was hurting him. Her response was "stop moving", the only.reason he was moving is she was CUTTING HIS SKIN!!!! My oldest son is 23 and my youngest that was getting a haircut is 10, I have never ever had a problem getting his hair cut, Brittney normally cuts my son's hair and does a fabulous job. We have been using this particular store for over 13 years, we will not be back sadly. A dead ran over dog has a better personality than Ebony. My son asked several times how much longer to Ebone and again no response. I understand people has bad days, but her attitude completely sucks. We she did get through with my son she joked and carried around with Shay and Shays customer when we was up front ready to pay. Ebone wanted to be nice and friendly once it was time "to tip". The only "tip" I'm going to give her is to find another job because being a barber isn't it. My son's hair isn't straight, she didn't cut the hair off of his neck, I dont know how she missed it, because he has cuts all over his neck. She hit him on the head with the hair dryer probably intentionally she knew she done it because he said something about it, never said she was sorry. I should have left as soon as I walked in the door. I'm attaching pictures of his neck below, this is totally uncalled for and complete BS. Sports clips, do better. You have lost several long time customers today.​​

Don't come here it says they close at 7 online drove 30 minutes to come here came in at 5:40 they said it's going to be a 30 minute wait and they close at 6 so don't waist your time

Friendly, fun and a sweet cut for my son.

I took my 11 y/o son her yesterday. It was my first experience at Sport Clips. The staff was professional and friendly and gave a good cut for my son. The queue system was a little off and we waited almost 15 min longer than the ticker board said it would be, but not too bad.

I'll take my boy back for future clips.

I've been here a few times and lately it seems that it's almost impossible to be seen without calling ahead of time or using their app to put yourself on the list. The last time I was there I was quoted an hour and a half!!!! There were only 3 hairdressers working that day which seems like they are understaffed.

It's clean but understaffed. Hire more people please.
