Choose another nail salon, please. I came in for acrylic full set and left in pain. The nail tech filed my nail down to the point of me yelping out in pain twice. My nails looked fine, but the pain I was experiencing continued. For two days I waited for the pain and pressure to go away and it did not. I came back in to get the nails off and request a refund and was denied. The manager of this store, Kim, gaslit my experience and blamed my pain on the size of my nail beds. She was very inconsiderate and refused to accept any responsibility. I paid $60 to experience pain for days. I will not return.
Excellent! Great service, nice and clean inside. Had a full set done and a pedicure. Both services were done well and I was comfortable. We will definitely be back!
Tina and the other ladies are wonderful here! They do an excellent job and the atmosphere is so peaceful. I've gotten SNS several times and have been completely satisfied. I'm picky too. Ha
Currently here for a pedicure with my mom- was also going to do SNS until I found out that they charge extra to soak off and my current salon does not. When I mentioned this, they said it's because they only charge $35 for their overlay- but so does the place I usually go.
When we walked in, I asked how long the wait was, and she responded that they could start now and to pick out the color. What they meant was our feet could soak for 15 minutes before someone began on my mom. I waited an additional 13 minutes after that for someone to begin mine... yet we finished within 3 minutes of each other. My pedicure (with polish and a correction) was a total of 32 minutes.
The menu you choose from clearly states 45 minutes for this type of pedicure, so for her to only spend 32 minutes is a bit lax. When I mentioned it to her she started shouting at another worker about how she polishes faster and so that's just what it is. Wow. What great customer service- not.
Anyways I highly recommend you avoid this place like the plague and go visit City Nails on Hillcrest
