I love this place! I have never had my hair done so I was quite nervous but Kirsten really made me feel welcome and eased my nerves. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair this past week! I went from my natural dark brown to an icy white and it looks so good and still feels healthy. She let me live my "main character" moment! I finally decided on Salon West on Old Shell since it was convenient to where I live & after reading the reviews. I made the right choice. Very knowledgeable staff. They make you feel special & comfortable. Lovely atmosphere, great mimosas plus other teas & coffee avail. Bailey was fantastic. Could not be more pleased with the results!!! She explained every process & made me feel great about my choice. Can't wait to go back!!!

There is so much to look at no matter where you are looking and the outdoor seating is perfect for unwinding or getting work done.
