They did a spectacular job listening and cutting my hair exactly as I asked for it!! Friendly welcoming staff and nice easy environment!!

I waited for my haircut for 30 minutes on the board then waited for close to an hour before finding out that I had been "checked out" and that Id be put with the next stylist and so I waited more and someone else came in and got served right away so I left after wasting close to an hour of my time

After thinking this was my new haircut place after having a decent experience 3 times....today was absolutely ridiculous. There were 4 stylists working and I was 3rd on the waiting list. After all other customers were finished and I was the only one left in the building...all 4 stylists finished (at different tines mind you) and they all were more concerned with cell phones and chatting while I still waited. At one point all 4 were in the back for 5-6 mins while I still sat waiting. I felt like I was invisible and they didn't care whatsoever that I was still waiting. I've never been treated so poorly. I had high hopes for this place but careful giving this place your business. Maybe they don't like military people...I was in uniform.

I won't be returning to Sport Clips. I don't like their snobbish attitude. Besides that, they make it too difficult to get a haircut. They say that walk ins are welcome but nearly every time I've gone there they're all booked up for the rest of the day. In order to reserve a place in line you have to open an account with a password. Really? Why do I have to give you a bunch of personal information and open a password protected account in order to get a haircut? How likely is it that a stranger is going to hack into my haircut account and get an illicit haircut in my name? It's silly. I should be able to just give you my name and come in. If you decide to get your haircut there, I would suggest that you just call the number and make an appointment like we used to do in the 20th century. It may be "old fashioned" but it works.

Tried reserving online right after work so around 345. Didn't work so I called and explained what was going on. I should of grabbed the name of who I talked to. They said if I get there by 5 they could log me in there. So I rushed home, got my sons and headed there. Got there said I'm here and they told me it's full for the night sorry. I explained what I had gone through and she didn't care. I don't recommend this place because they don't care. They need to get on the same page on what they tell people so we aren't wasting our time to get there to be turned away.
