DO NOT GO THERE!!!! I am not a person who writes reviews. Please don't waste your time and money at Lucent Nails and Spa. I can hear staff speaking negatively about their clients. My daughter and I went there for a pedi and mani. They scratched my 11-year-old daughter so severely that she had to endure so much pain while they filed her nails. I had acrylic done, and three days later, one finger came off. I called, and they repaired it but showed an unprofessional attitude as if I purposely removed it. Then, a week later, three more nails were damaged. Overall, in less than two weeks, our nails look like six months old, barely hanging nail tips:) Terrible.
I went in for a dip powder, French Manicure. The lady cut down my nails much more than I wanted. On top of that she did dip powder and then gel to make the French Manicure. The white was way too thick and it looks cheap!! Would not recommend!!
I needed a last minute manicure and decided to try this salon as I'm new to the area. They got me in with no wait! Luān did my nails and she really took her time and gave me a perfect manicure. My nails are really damaged after years of wearing acrylics but she took extra care with my nail beds and cuticles. I also have small nails which can be hard to paint but again, she took her time to make sure they were flawless. This will be my new go to salon!
I had a great experience! Staff was friendly. I called to see if they had space for a walk in and they got me in right away. I loved the way it turned out!!
Lucent nails and spa does a wonderful job with my nails . The quality of their service is a 10/10. My experience however has been extremely frustrating with the appointment system. Each time I've made an appointment, I've had to wait additional 30 minutes once I come in the salon. This has happened 3 times. I have a busy life / schedule and punctuality is very important . I understand 5-10 minutes but not 30 minutes consistently. I've raised the concern verbally twice with nothing changing . Hence why the review has been posted.
