My 84 y/o MOTHER walked in and asked for a haircut, she has very thin short hair. The woman cutting hair didn't speak English as a first language and told my mother that she could cut her hair. My mother told her when done, her hair looked terrible and it wasn't cut, at all. The woman told her that's all she could do. I'm sitting in front of her right now, her hair is not only long, it looks like a 5 year old took their scissors to it! DO NOT GO HERE!
I have been going to sports clips in Sammamish for about a decade and always had great hair cuts. Recently my son started going there as well. Since Sammamish closed Recently we had to find a new location. My son tried the issaquah store yesterday and he ended up with one of the worst haircuts I have ever seen. I am actually surprised that the stylist actually has a liscence, because it appears that she has not spent one days in school. Will not go to issaquah again.
Haircuts good but now that you buy MVP specials electronically not by paper card, it is utter confusion most of the times we come in. I had 3 MVPs on one special and one MVP remaining on another one. The staff could only see the one and had to call their manager to figure it out. I am afraid I have to keep track of my purchases and who I bought them from. Very disappointing. I wish they would train their staff better on their computer system.
All I can say is Inconsistent. Last time I had a friendly barber who did a very good job. This time I got a guy who rushed me through and butchered me. I had a wonderful barber for 25 years who knew just what to do. She retired and I have been bouncing around. This place is like an assembly line! I need an old time mom and pop barber shop but Inguess they no,longer exist. Your results may vary!
Horrendous haircut for my kid! Never coming back. Please don't waste your money here. I showed her a pic of what I wanted and it was nothing like it.
