Made an appointment online. Sook was wonderful. She took the time to understand what I wanted. I came to her to fix may hair from a botched haircut I got elsewhere. She fixed layering and the end result was great!
I always go here for haircut! The only place near me that I trust with my hair and I always leave w a smile on my face. She is super attentive and will talk you through the process before doing anything. I got long layer with some bangs and love it. My plan is to come back for a curly perm once my hair grow a bit!
I think my hair turned out well. My hair was originally grown out with bleached dimensions. I wanted it to be darker brown and i think the color was right as i expected. The salon is nicely decorated, it just looks alittle bit old and messy. As she seems to be the only stylist. The price was alot cheaper than other salons, i think partly because the process in other stores are more step wise and they have more people, and the hygiene is also better cause at Soo's hair she cant take care of the hygiene as she is the only worker. But the price was good with the hair result
She does a great job of knowing the kind of style and cut for my hair. I just showed her a few reference pictures, and she goes above and beyond the styling that made my mom and I so happy for the look we got. She's spot on!
After booking my haircut I had to wait an entire hour. They let me sit there without letting me know they were behind. When I asked how much longer it would take to wait they told me I could reschedule. Who does that?
