This is one of my favorite nail salon spots to go to. I typically see one in individual however, she was busy so I ended up seeing another individual named Sydney and she was fantastic. I showed her a design that I wanted my nails to look like and she did fabulous the atmosphere. Here is always wonderful and pleasant. I don't have any complaints. This is my go to nail salon.
got my nails done a week ago. don't even know what to say. I don't use my hands for anything physical. this makes no sense
I've been to this shop a couple times and the consensus is the same. They are rude. Luna seems to be a manager... she's VERY rude. Hardly speaks, she isn't friendly,and spends her down time talking about customers. There are also two other women who spent their free time talking about customers near the pedicure area. I noticed all this as I was sitting and waiting to be serviced. I was told 5 minutes that turned into over 30! This is not convenient. I didn't even get an update on the time after waiting for so long. Although the nail service was okay the fact they enjoy speaking on others so outwardly is very unsettling. I may go somewhere else next time because I was definitely uncomfortable with that attitude towards paying customers.
Nail show is convenient and so far they do a pretty good job but watch out for Jade. She has overcharged me twice now adding extra charges for things I haven't agreed to. Then when you check out the only options for a tip shown are 20% and up.
Don't do what I do and not believe the negative reviews. This place does not even deserve the rating they currently have. I went in for a pedicure, they asked me which one I wanted, I chose the classic one but somehow I ended up paying for the sugar one and for gel on my toes when I never asked for it. So something that should've been $30 ended up costing me $52. Also, do not get me started on the dip. The technician I had told me she had been working there for a month and clearly she's never been a nail technician before because it was awful. I asked her to shape my nails short and round, and somehow they were all over the place. Another lady fixed them but they are still looking pretty bad, in addition, I chose a light lavender color but somehow my nails ended up being pink. Please please please stay away from this place, the reviews do not lie, it's awful and extremely overpriced.
