This salon has excellent nail and hair people but the front desk staff are sub-par.
*Every time I check out I have to ask to reschedule my next appt. I have been to other salons that reschedule you THEN check you out.
*I have been wrongly under charged only to be called a few WEEKS later and demanded I pay the correct amount. The person checking me out that day asked me 5 FIVE times "So you had a mani/pedi right?" and she still under charged me...I thought maybe there was a special or something, heck she asked me 5 times and each times I said "yes I had a mani/pedi".
*When I walk in and go to the counter I have to say something first, I am used to other salons that treat you like you make their business.
*Trust me if it wasn't for my nail person I would not be going to this salon, she is literally the only reason I go there. She is uber talented and personable and can work nail magic! It is bad that this salon is too snobby or untrained or unprofessional to be my all in one salon. So I go to another salon for my hair, massage, and waxing, it would be nice to get it all done in place.
This is my favorite full-body massage. More expensive than some others but well worth it. Very relaxing atmosphere. I've had a few different massage therapists and they have all been top-notch. Highly recommend!
Left my barber of 15 years and came here. Abby is my stylist and I simply cannot recommend her enough! Kind, sweet, caring....and she knows her stuff. She actually consults with you instead of many hairstylist who "think" they know what's best for you. I'll be going to Abby from here on out.
As an Aveda salon my expectations are pretty high, because stylists have extra training to work in an Aveda salon. I went for a blow out service which was good. I asked if I could use a coupon I received via email from them and the guest service/front desk made me feel awkward for applying it and ended up not applying it when I paid.
I was informed that they are trying to add more Aveda experiences, which is great! Especially, for those who have not experienced an Aveda experience store.
This salon is inside the mall, on the second floor, next to Nordstroms. It appeared to be clean, professional and nice. Popped for a blowout and my hair was washed and conditioned with Aveda products and blow dryers and straightened and finished off with gloss and morrocan oil.
Nice salon and nice service, would recommend.
