SmartStyle Hair Salon in North Attleborough, MA

I wish I could give this zero stars. My hair dresser was great! However, a few minutes in, the owners came in and started assessing the business and then called my hair dresser into the back room for a meeting while I had my head half full of foils! Have your meeting on your own time! I sat there for 20-25 minutes waiting for them to finish, and I made an appointment! They were so loud, almost screaming, to the point where I now know way too much about how their business runs, and I shouldn't know all that. Plus, when they walked out, this huge man just strolled right by me with a huge smile, and didn't even look at me, say thanks for waiting-nothing. All they cared about was taking my money, not giving quality service

Got a great, once. Karen, the manager couldn't keep it up. Very dissatisfied. She is too stressed and busy to pay attention to cut hair!

Stylist left bleach on my head while she proceeded to abandon me, take a phone call, ring up customers, chat with her friends and then vanish entirely. When my scalp was burning I waved down a different stylist to rinse me off. Shortly after the stylist put dye in my hair and excused herself OUT OF THE SALON to take care of a personal issue. She disappeared for thirty minutes and came back, had a conversation with a co-worker and then finally came to rinse the dye out. As it sat in for too long, my hair was ruined entirely. No comp, no apology and I'm out a job now since my hair color is unacceptable. Now when I returned for a refund, I had to wait an hour for a different manager (that's right, the one who cut my hair is the current manager) to arrive to tell me the same thing: No. Karen was so unprofessional, she would shout at me while tending to another client while I was asking for a refund. So as it turns out, even with chemical burns, hair falling out in chunks, and getting a hair cut that you not at all wanted, you'll get no refund. Do not go here.

Horrible. I now have to take my son to a different place to get his hair fixed Bc they botched it so bad

One who did my hair her name was Gabby. She started cutting my hairs with clippers and I noticed that she was pushing clips way too hard on my head.I waited for few seconds but that did not changed.I asked her if she is bad mood, coz you are hurting my head.She shouted at me saying that how would she know that unless I tell her (i was doing exactly that teling her). After that she finished my cut within 2 mins.Whwn I got home, it came to my notice that she made a big bald spot on my head.So Gabby ultimately screwed my hairs for over abt 2 months until that blad spot get some hairs.
