SmartStyle Hair Salon in Littleton, CO

Do not get a perm here. I had a very tight perm done and a week later the top did look like the perm was 6 weeks old. Hair stylist was nice but would not compromise by giving me a hair cut, she wanted to do a perm again but I didn't have time and she would not compromise.

The good: We LOVE Sharon and her artistic styles and also her wonderful personality! She TOTALLY ROCKS!! She's so sweet, fun to talk to, does great cuts and color, and always makes an effort to accommodate us in every way she can! We've never had someone be so kind to us while cutting our hair and doing my color. And she's not, at all, expensive. THANK YOU SHARON-for being you and for EVERYTHING! We also love hearing Dominique singing in the background while we're in. What a great bonus! And the fact that there is a Walmart and a McD's right next door!
The bad: This particular Smart Style is FREEZING cold. Wear two pairs of socks and bring a coat. Especially in the summer. It is UNbelievably cold. Beyond cold. Freezing, for real. Even my husband thought that it was too cold and he is always too hot. Even though they likely lose business because of it. When you ask the girls that work there to turn the heat up, they say they can't, and that they agree and have asked the manager repeatedly but the manager refuses to change it for some odd reason That is the only bad thing. Oh, that and that you have to pee before you go, or will likely find that with all your foils or whatever on your head, you have to go to the bathroom down the way, outside the salon, and inside the Walmart.

Total botch job. Asked for a medium fade with 1/2 inch off the top. Not even close to even on the sides..or even a medium fade. Didn't realize till I got home. Would rather pay the money at another place to have it "fixed", not sure what they'll be able to do

I usually get my eyebrows waxed at Cost Cutters, but recently the one near me has been nearly impossible to get into. So as I was running errands at this Walmart, I figured I'd pop into the salon and see if they'll take a walk in. Sharon was very friendly and helpful. She told me she was happy to help and could fit me in between appointments in the next half hour. So I bought some groceries and came back, and she was finishing up her previous client. She got me in fairly quickly and set me up. She was extremely friendly and fun to talk to. She answered all my questions and was constantly checking with me with a mirror to make sure I liked how my brows looked. We were done in a timely manner but did not feel rushed. The place is incredibly affordable and I had a great experience. I think I've found a new favorite waxing place!
