Today was a poor experience. I got a deluxe pedicure which included callus removal, paraffin wax, massage, and few other items. The technician who did my pedicure spent a total of 15 minutes doing everything, and I mean everything! She was rushing through, barely spoke to me, spent no time what so ever on the deluxe part of the pedicure. Cost was $45. A complete rip off. She then went and sat across from me and had one of the other technicians work on her feet. I will not be going back.
Seemed to be very expensive compared to other salons I've been to. Had both a dip manicure ($60 plus tip) and a gel pedicure ($80 plus tip). Work was fine but sticker shock was real.
By far, the least enjoyable experience at a nail salon. When I did want the 'super deluxe' pedi (only the deluxe) they were obviously annoyed and began rushing my pedicure. Then at usual time, they ask about manicure, to which they once more wanted me to buy more than I wanted and when I didn't, blatantly rude and rushing me out. Use to enjoy this place, but will never step foot in there again!
I want to start off by saying that I have come here numerous times (at least 5-6 time) and it progressively got worse. Today was the last time I will come back here. It is a Sunday and I understand it is busy. I called ahead to see if they had any availability and I was told to come right over, great! I showed up within 10 minutes and was immediately sat down in a chair for a pedicure. I sat with my feet in water for over 30 minutes. By this time, the water was cold and I was looking around getting ready to leave because I was simply over waiting after I had been told twice that someone was almost done and coming over to me.
About 5 minutes later, (now 35 minutes since I showed up) someone came over for my pedicure. The Super Deluxe pedicure I asked for did not even last as long as the amount of time I waited. I always get gel on my toes and the polish is up against the cuticles and on the sides of my toes. Unfortunately, I have experienced this before and I was simply not in the mood to spend more time here to get it fixed. I will unfortunately be looking for somewhere else to go.
Great service. Quality mani/pedis. Very friendly . Go above and beyond. I've been going for over a year and they never disappoint.
