My experience with Susie at the salon was beyond disappointing and dishonest.  We had been texting for over a week about having her install extensions in my hair since I lost a lot due to Covid (even thought I was vaccinated) and moving to a dry climate,  I met with her in person so she could see my hair, went over details including cost, I was told when I originally called she does extensions, and set the appointment.  The night before she said she was concerned about being able to do them.  I asked her to just let me know since I'm disabled and didn't want to come in for her to back out.  She said she needed to see the hair.  When I arrived the next morning excited, she didn't even look at the remy hair I was told to get, only said she can't do it and sent me on my way.  I was very hurt and never had a professional do that to me.  Fortunately I found a fabulous stylist who did them and they were not only less expensive, she prepped my hair, took her time, much nicer and professional salon, but was able to do an amazing job!   They are beautiful as well as much longer than Susie said she could do.  Things happen for a reason, but for Susie at our scheduled appointment it was "I'm a colorist, I don't do extensions."

I seriously don't understand what part of " trim" she didn't understand! Trying to grow my hair out to one length, a bob cut with long layers. We both have natural curl in our hair so it's easy to just tossle & go!

All the way up  the back of my head. Seriously looked at getting extensions to hide it but was told my hair needed to grow to at least 2-3" first & maybe I consider a wig! A 2 year old could have done a better job. She doesn't listen to what you want, she just chops, especially if she is talking at the same time.
Never ever again!!! And the other hairdressers talk about clients, family, gossip the whole time. If I wanted to hear your problems I'd go to Fantastic Sam's. At least I wouldn't feel so bad about an over priced terrible haircut.

PJ crushed it. I wasn't sure if I wanted to go darker or lighter or shorter or absolutely anything. He helped me come up with a vision and I was all in. The cut, the tone, the experience. His personality is so easy going, so polite, but witty and relatable! I was apprehensive "cheating" on my previous stylist but I think I made a great leap!

Great place to get your eye brows done. They spent time trying to form my eye brows and letting me know what places to let it grow to form my brow better. Recommend it!

This place is awesome! Christy Kennedy is an expert colorist! I always get compliments on my color from random strangers and even from Men!!! I have been going to Christy for my color for 5+ years and she always does a phenomenal job. I couldn't be happier and am a loyal customer for life! Thank you!
