I made an appointment with them for 4:30, when I got there they said they were running behind and that it would take another 10/15 minutes. I patiently waited until a little after 5 and went up asked again how long the wait would be. The lady at the front desk told me it would be another 10 minutes. I patiently waited until 5:45 when I asked again. I was told, with an attitude, that they gave the person who booked at 5:15 my spot even though I stood outside of the salon since my scheduled time. I understand and they were busy but they showed me no remorse and we're basically like "deal with it" even though it was their mistake. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I wasted almost an hour and half of my time to not even be able to get my hair cut, nor did they try to accommodate me in anyway.
This place sucks, especially Meghann. The staff is rude and when you walk in, they all look at you like no one wants to be the one to help you.
HORRIBLE!!!!! All they did was waste my time!!! I'll never go there again!!! And I don't recommend anyone going either!!!
