Tony is very rude but does a good job. Kept telling me to relax my hands even though they weren't tense. He also ripped off my acrylics and didn't even ask me if I wanted to soak (I am new to getting nails and didn't know). He seems very judgmental and isn't gentle.
The whole Vibe in this place is off and most workers including the owner, are rude! Tony also likes to favor younger pretty girls, doesn't matter if you have a appointment or not! Last time I was there, my nails came off after about 4 days! Don't waste your time or money!
Quite possibly the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever received... To start off, I made an appointment for a pedicure and acrylic fill. I sat in the non-existent waiting space of broken chairs for 30 minutes before they took me back to the pedicure station where I sat for an additional 30 minutes before the girl finally lined and filled the basin. I sat with my feet in the water for about 2 minutes before she rolled over the cart she had just finished using on another client and started on my pedicure without cleaning or sanitizing any of the tools. Disgusting. The entire pedicure process from the second I dipped my feet in the water until I put my shoes back on lasted 15 minutes, tops. When I moved to the acrylic nail station, the guy asked if I got my previous nails done there before. I said no, I just needed a fill and a few replaced, and my friends suggested that I try there instead of my normal salon. He quickly stated that ALL of my nails had to come off and a new set put on or he wasn't going to do them at all. I reluctantly agreed and he started. He spent most of the time on the phone and put very little effort into my set. $95 later, I left with crooked and uneven nails filled with bubbles and uncured polish... I am now 1.5 weeks out from my appointment. The gel polish has entirely chipped off of my toes and four acrylic nails, which he insisted I have redone entirely, have also fallen off after normal wear and daily life. I will never return to that unhygienic, poor-quality salon.
