My hair cut is completely uneven. I didn't really notice until I went home to flat iron it. It's really choppy and she didn't follow my instructions. It will grow back but I'm not a fan of it and it's kinda annoying I have to pin it back to look okay.
This salon is in a great location. Their are amazing stylist their . I have just taken over Management at this location. And hope that EVERYONE will give this place a second chance. The NEW staff is amazing and we cant wait to serve the whole community. If u read this post and give us a second chance you will receive $5 off any service.
Honestly this place doesnt deserve even 1 star. The hair dresser butchered my hair twice! I went in the on a monday and had asked for a long bob and I was very clear on what i wanted super simple cut and i said that i didnt want layers. She sarted hacking away at my hair. She gave me the worst hair cut iver ever had. It was so uneven and the back had these ugly choppy stacked layers that i clearlt said i disnt want. I went home cried and came to tirms with my hair. Well come sunday my husband taljed me into going back and seeing if she would blend it better..i get ther and re explain what i wanted and hust to trim up the bottom...i never should of gone back or sat in her chair because she butchered my hair again! She kept saying how thick my hair was. (My hair isnt very thick) she made it even shorter in the back! One side in the back is super thined out and shorter than the other side!!!i asked for a total refund and she told me to come back when her manager was there. My hair is ruined...i dont trust any one to cut my hair now.
