It's definitely worth the 25 minute drive out to this location to see my stylist! I get checked in right away and they take my coat to hang up. They also offer water, coffee, or tea, which is super nice. There's a variety of products out front to purchase. I usually ask my stylist what she recommends. It's nice to be able to buy the products right then and there. I actually had followed Mikaela here from her previous location. She talked about moving to Sloane's because of the better customer service and experience she wanted to offer her clients. I'd agree that the service and experience are great! My husband goes to Ann here and also has a good experience every time. There are many stylists here, so I'd say it's worth it to take the time to find one you like!
I did two times appointments and both times I was waiting for 25 minutes and then master was in rush to finish my haircut and hairstyle. Haircut and hairstyle cost the same price 75 dollars. Hairstyle was terrible and didn't last long, maybe an hour and then I was fixing my hair by myself.
