In order to post I have to put a star but it is NOT DESERVED I wish I found reviews before I went. Like others I was fooled by the Groupon had full set of highlights in my hair. Shelly burnt my hair off she put me under a heater with bleach on my head. Over processed my hair. I explained I would pay extra for toner or anything necessary. And told me I didn't need it. Shelly continued to comb out or rather rip out my hair. And then tried to cut into it then blow it out then put a curling iron to it. Meanwhile never said anything to me about burning my hair off. Until I turned around to look in to mirror. Omg I just wanted to get out of there. She tried to blame me and said I must have previously bleached my hair. No I did not. I went in with shoulder length hair. Now I am going to a reputable Salon to get it pixie cut. Groupon should have put a warning label on it. Never again !!!!
Do not go to this salon!!! I got my hair done today. My hair came out awful. It took her 4hrs to do my hair. On top of that, at the end of my visit Kim charged me an extra $35 out of the blue..she said it was due to the length of my hair..I wish I read the reviews before I wasted my money and was tricked by Kim. Again do not go to this salon!!!

The workers in this place are rude and very unprofessional when a customer is not happy with their services and instead of rectifying the issue they treat you poorly like you did something wrong. The workers didn't even know how to properly blow dry my hair correctly, they burnt my scalp and my haircut was so uneven. I was spoken to with such disregard, I felt so humiliated. I had to go to have my hair fixed somewhere else, thankfully the new place did a fantastic job and they knew how to treat their customers. Tried getting in contact with the owner for 2 weeks but she was never available which proves to me how dedicated this place really is towards their customers. Think twice before using this place even if it's with a Groupon, not worth the money spent or your time. And to think that I was still gracious enough to tip generously.
Ive been going to see Shelly for about 2 years now! She is professional, so nice and gives options! I hated going into a salon and for a trim having to pay $45-$60!! I go see Shelly and pay not even half !! She is talented and goes out of her way to accommodate her clients! She's the best!
I purchased a groupon for this hair salon, and it was such a big mistake. I'm new to the area, and thought it'd be a good way to find a new hair salon... I walked into the salon and there was no one around and took forever for someone to come out. Her hair was a mess and didn't say a single word to me and walked over to the desk. I should have walked out then.
The entire time i was there (2 hours) we barely spoke. She didn't even really ask me about my hair or anything. She took 45 minutes to blow dry my shoulder length hair (that's still not really dry). the cut looks awful. Also, i'm also pretty sure she left excess shampoo in my hair, because i can barely run my hands through it. I'm taking a shower as soon as i get home.... And then making an appointment to have it fixed somewhere else.
