Made an appt for 6:15- what they chose. I waited til after 6:30. They close at 7 so of course it was rushed. I came with half chipped off gel Polish and went with a dip manicure they added $5 to the total to take 5 min to remove it. I've never been to a a place that does this. It's always apart of the service. So if I keep going back you'll charge me $5 extra every time? Why not just say is cost $45. Which is ridiculous by the way. I'll keep going down the st to spa nail Express where they take their time, talk to you, massage you while drying, do a full hand massage with hot towels and lotion, offer you water and candy. And it's $10 less This woman didn't even remove my cuticles. How do you call this a manicure? Never again
Oh and they say 10% off for cash and then "add" tax. Which they randomly round up the number. And they try and harass you at the door to pay cash. We all know your stashing that and trying not to pay taxes on it. Be a little more hush hush about it will ya? And get better service. I would have gave one star but the final product looks decent.
I got a full set done here and I love it! My nails are almond shaped and they are all even. John did an excellent job. My appointment ended up running past closing time and nobody rushed me out the door. John took his time and still took care of my cuticles. I appreciate all of their efforts! Go get your nails done here!!!
Lovely ladies, my tech did a great job. Came down during the wait for a car service at Scranton motors and was really worth it.
I have seen Emily and John for at least 15 years. They're always great! During Covid they have the cleanest practices I have seen. They make you feel comfortable communicating exactly what you want. The staff is friendly and there is a wide selection of colors and options. I recommend!
