I have not had my hair cut properly in probably 2 years and it was very long and crunchy and she listened to everything I asked for and cut my hair exactly as I wanted. I have had a history of bad haircuts so needless to stay. I found myself looking for another place to get something fixed from someone else and I came across Teresa. She totally you know listen to me and gave me what I needed. She was able to squeeze me in even though she had another client after looking at my hair and us coming to an agreement on what should be done, that's what I call a perfect hair stylist. I started going to Shear Magic in June when I needed a last minute cut & highlights done for my birthday. I went in for a free consult, and showed 3 different pictures of what I wanted done with color and the hair cut. Mackenzie, the stylist, followed the pictures perfectly. I wanted different bangs as compared to the haircut and she did an awesome job. She even gave my hair a beach style like the picture I showed her. The cut and color lasted 2 months through a ton of time in the sand, ocean, & sun. I went in for my roots & a haircut, & again, I am happy with the results. Mackenzie has been cutting hair for 10-11+ years and it's what she loves to do so it shows in her work. For being a little neighborhood salon, their highlights last a very long time & their haircuts are awesome. I've gotten a ton of compliments on my hair.
Walking accepted. The stylist listened to what I was looking for. I also showed her some pictures of the look I was going for. She did the cut then continued to shape and style based on exactly what I asked for. She was kind enough to offer a touch up later in the day after my hair dried up. This place offers complimentary shampoo with cuts. Cuts are $29 and other services based on hair length and quality. All very affordable.
