I needed to get a fill on some acrylic nails and tried this new salon. The location was convenient for me. I was a walk-in and they had a technician available. He was critiquing my last nail technicians work. And it felt like he was also critiquing me for going there. I asked for a fill on acrylic nails where I was having ombre gel. He had stickers for art available and I chose for, for my ring fingers and thumbs. When he told me the price I was shocked! There was no way those nails were worth $70. I was expecting around 50. The nails only lasted 2 weeks. They started lifting and separating from the underside of the nail so I took them off myself. The hombre looked nice. But they didn't have the color that I wanted, and they also took shortcuts so they didn't have to build up the glitter but charged me as if they did. I do understand prices have gone up especially since covid, but charging $5 per nail for a sticker placement is ridiculous. Any other shop that I've gone to would charge $5 for actual work being done to the nail in the form of nail art that is painted. Not placed with a tweezer. The stickers were off center and were not even aligned with my nail bed. I've been looking for a permanent nail salon that can be my go-to and with the price and quality I received, this Salon is not it.
I usually love coming here. This time was completely different. The guy doing my nails started gluing nails on with no prep, cut my fingers pretty badly, and the nails all have an upward curve.
I came here to get a new set. The quality just isn't there. I use to come here all the time and loved my nails. Idk what happened but I would not come here for nails or pedis. I turned around and got my nails taken off immediately. They were soo thick and not completely cured. The guy that did my nails cut three of my fingers and left product all over my fingers. It was a very sloppy job.
Tiffany never fails to AMAZE me! She did it again! And I set up 4 more appointments with all the holidays coming up. We're going to have fun!
Tiffany is literally the best I always schedule an appointment with her and even when I need a walk in there always super accommodating! TINA is also so polite and nice! Very welcoming! I've never ever experienced the staff being rude to a customer and I've been going for years! 10/10 recommend solar to anyone ! Finding a good nail place is hard but this place Im like take all my money!!! LOL
