Got my hair cut by Chi and she did an amazing job! I asked long face framing layer and curtain bangs and showed her a video of what I wanted and my hair turned out exactly like what I showed her! Love my new hair!

I had to give a 1 in order to post this however I'm giving the salon a zero -0- I asked for a certain haircut and a color. Chi got me the wrong haircut which can not be collected. As for the color it was way too dark so I had to go back in the next day. She put some bleach on it 30 minutes later she was done and I was out the door. Color was still wrong so I had to go to another salon and have my hair done. When I asked for my money back she flatly said No. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. I will also be filing a grievance with the Board of Cosmetology.

AVOID, I watched a stylest apply bleach right up to a ladies scalp. She did listen to her client. I really think that these people may not have a valid lic. as they are not on display.

I went in there to have my hair done by Chi. Showed her pictures of the color that I wanted along with a haircuts. Wife sitting there I asked her why this color was so dark and she said it will be just fine. However it wasn't. Went back the next day and she said she would fix it. Now it is a brassy color. Asked for my money back and was told since I said it was OK, they will not refund my money. I mentioned to her that I had said that the day before also that it was OK. So I'm not sure what the problem is. She called me a liar and said I didn't say any of those things to her. Which is not true. Now going to get a hold of the owner and see what she can do. Not happy at all as now I have to have it done by another salon. Which means more money

the worst place ever, 0 customer service, they don't cut what you ask and then act offended when it's clearly not right, I hope against hope a pig falls from the sky and puts this place out of business
