My standards are HIGH and so far so good! I'm on visit 4! Let's start with the wine, it's not cheap lol. I have an acrylic toe nail and it's the best I've had! I'm very particular on my shape and I mean particular but I like what I like and I want what I want and Tim does just that. I did have to "correct" politely on my shaping on my nails and Tim took the criticism and redid with a good attitude. I'm all about customer service! The longest I've waited was 10 minutes even on a Sat. I am able to actually relax while getting my services and I don't have come back for at least 3 weeks.  Good vibes and good wine!

Unhappy with the communication between myself and the Tech.  I also paid for a pedicure that included exfoliating and a message which I didn't receive. I expressed my frustration about that but got zero feedback.
I will Not  be returning. High priced and  customer service is horrible, you don't get what you're paying for.

I have been coming here for over a year. When I first started coming here, they were GREAT! So great I even brought a wedding party of 13 here!
RECENTLY however, the prices have been jacked up EACH time I come. I have to check the receipts to see what I am being charged for additionally! For reference, I get a FILL with 2 colors EACH TIME. Nothing changes. Not the length or ANYTHING. Periodically I will throw in a pedicure or eye brow wax, so the adjust in price for that is understandable!
I paid $80 this last time for the FILL alone, & when questioning the price, first it was "we fixed 2 nails" that was discredited by the nail tech himself, David. "We do not charge for fixing 2 nails, it's included in price" then it went to "We charge for length" The length of my nails have not changed. Then it was "We charge for 2 colors".

Not even a week later, I had a nail snap off (this has not happened to me before from this salon, only when I have attempted to go to other places) I called in as any patron would. The guy at the desk said "come in and we can get that fixed for you. I come in on my off work time & they fixed the ONE nail that snapped & tried to charge me to fix it... I had just paid $135 for a pedicure/fill not even a week ago. The guy followed me out the door telling me there was a charge. Absolutely not.

I am beginning to think they are only money hungry & do not care about quality or upholding good business practices.

I've never had to wait for service, at all. One of their nail techs does a sub-par job but the rest have been WONDERFUL!  And having a glass of wine while being pampered is a nice touch. All of the pedicures end with a wax dip, which is delightful!  I've found my new nail home.

I will never spend my money here again  . This is the second time I made an appointment and a causaian walk in was service before me and I am left 30 minutes or longer past my appointment time before I am able to be serviced . This time I just walked out. This is discrimination at its finest . And I pride myself on being a good tipper I tip at least 15% or more every time I did get services at this Nail Salon . The bad thing about today I came early for appointment at around 420pm to see if I could wait and the front desk clerk said no just come back at your appointment time and we will see you then . Just bad service . I like this place too. Mike is a good tech.
