Took my nephew here today to get a trim and Bella was his stylist and she cut all of his hair off. She claimed she needed to use the clippers to thin out his ends since it was so thick but ended up cutting off more than she realized and continued going shorter to fix her mistakes. Finally she called Emma over to help since her "clippers" weren't working properly. Emma fixed his hair as best as she could and it wasn't fault but she handled his hair as if it was. I asked the receptionist if Bella was new and she said yes and apologized for what had happened and didn't charge us for the service. Management should've e known that Bella needed more training.
Thank you Emma for being so patient and gentle with my daughter. We love my daughter's hairstyle. The salon is definitely kid friendly. We will be definitely coming back.
