The owners are a joy. Linda is an excellent eyelash and eyebrow person.
This was by far the worse pedicure I have ever had.I go to the spa weekly as I believe in taking care of yourself.. The customer service was worse then the "rush job" pedicure. My reflexology inspired leg massage that every salon does was so fast I had to ask"did you do the massage"?? This is my point of view and I can spent my money anywhere I please, but, thank you for showing me how I have to treat my clients so I do not have anyone leave like this!!!!
First off, Wilson was amazing!!!! He did great!!! But the owner, David! Yea, I don't even know where to start!! I've never met an owner as rude as him. I was sitting in the waiting area and noticed one of my nails wasn't to my liking and asked Wilson if he could fix it. David, the OWNER was cleaning the floor and said not to walk on it... Wilson had me go back to his chair and I walked on the side where it wasn't as wet. David, the OWNER, started screaming at me, he talked shit for the entire time Wilson was fixing my nail... once he was done he continued. I was done are ready to get out and continues screaming at me about how it was dangerous, after David and I apologized multiple Times... at one point he did not allow me to leave the salon. The door was locked and he was standing by the door still screaming and saying non sense (in his language). Until I curse at him and finally showed that I was pissed and disrespected... owners shouldn't do things like that... I do not recommend this salon, wish Wilson could move to another location... he doesn't deserve to be treated that way!!
The owners are very rude!!!! I will not be going back!!! You pay for a service and they do not provide. They talk you like you are crazy after spending your hard earned money with them.
I love Tammy for my nails! I love Kimberly for my pedicures! Definitely recommend making an appointment because some days they are not there, or if you want to make sure they can see you make an appointment. Love their customer service and their nail performance!
