Went here to get my acrylic nails taken off. Seemed like a simple enough task or so I thought. I'm not sure who it was that did my nails but she didn't do any of what I asked her to do. At first she attempted to remove my nails using a nail but I didn't want them taken off that way cause to be honest if I wanted them pulled off like a savage, I could have did that at home. I asked her to soak them off and she said okay, it'll take like 30 minutes, which I was fine with but it seems more like she was trying to talk me out of it. She also asked me if I wanted my nails cut afterwards and I told her no. After letting my nails soak for less than 10 minutes, she came back and began taking them off with the nail again!!! By doing this guess what happened, she was also ripping off my real nails!! So now, not only did she take my nails off the way I asked her not to, she also took my nails with acrylic nails!!! Hopefully the damage done to my nails with heal over time cause she completely ruined them. And she left acrylic on one of my nails that I have to try to get off. You couldn't convince me to go back here ever, not even with free services!!!!

Never again!!!! This was my second visit which wasn't a pleasant as the first. I arrived around 6:15 (shop closes at 7:30) the nail tech that did my feet great however the tech that my nails did a complete rush job. The nail polish was was put on very sloppy. She never let me was my hands to the residue off she brought over to wipe my hands off with. Even there service wasn't great and was a complete rush I still tipped both tech.
Worst experience ever. I got a dip. Within a day it chipped off. I went back to have 3nails repaired only to have the color chip off of three different nails the next day. I returned yet again wanting to get a different powered because clearly this one was garbage and was told about a paper posted that said they only guarantee work for 48hour. I couldn't even get a weeks worth of solid nails. Had I seen that paper I wouldn't have even let them touch my nails. I pretty much gave them 45 dollars of my money for nothing. Getting my nails done cost me both time and money only to have to find another place to get my nails done. Please save yourself the headache!! First and last time going to this place
Had a fill today first visit the place not to well kept and the polishes were old and not a lot to choose from it was just ok not the best had my eyebrows arched it turned out pretty good the prices were ok I will give them another try but I will have my own polish
