First time I came I saw the lady double dip the stick and reuse it disgusting asf ! i went with the threading second time I came I see they charge me to use my debit card ! I paid for my service & tipped. Then they had the nerve to charge me for using their machine . Will not be back!
worst waxing service ever. I've never had such a terrible experience before this. before I asked to get my eyebrows waxed I told her that I like my eyebrows thick not thin, she nodded and acted as she understood so I let her work on me. however during the process, she kept mentioning threading and I told her I wasn't interested at all. she still proceeded to thread my eyebrows right after and when I looked in the mirror, I saw that she had taken half of my eyebrow off. I told her this upset me and that she should just finish the other brow so I could be done. but while she was doing the other eye she told me "I know you're frustrated with me but this is much better and it'll actually look like you got your brows done", definitely don't think she has any say in what I think looks good. God awful service!
