I guess they don't want my business. Twice I went on their website to book which I thought was very convenient. But when the day of the appointments would come I would never receive confirmation so I would start calling. No one ever returned my phone calls even though I left messages. The second time I even went to the salon and knocked on the door. The girl inside didn't let me in. I just moved to Austin and was looking for a new hairstylist. I guess I will keep looking elsewhere. And are they called Wyld or Volume Salon? Very confusing :(
My favorite stylist, Kelsey, moved to Volume a few weeks ago and it is incredibly cute and stylish. The interior is chic but also cozy, and the other stylists were super helpful and welcoming when I arrived. Kelsey is the real deal though! She's great at listening to everything you want and find a way to make it work. She's the only one I would trust with color on my hair and knows how to take out all the extra weight in my hair without making it look over done.
Carly is amazing! I will never go anywhere else for my Brazilian Blowout! I have long thick curly hair that's unmanageable most of the time. Since I started getting blow outs my hair always looks good, not frizzy and really healthy. She told what to use and what not to do my blow out would last longer and I can honestly say it lasts the full 90 days, I could probably go longer between if I didn't have root grow out
Carly was AWESOME. I accidentally booked an appointment 2 weeks out but she made time to come in extra early to get me situated the very next day before my vacation. She was super nice from the moment I walked in looking like the undertaker, super stoked with how it all turned out. Thanks again!!!
