Marla brought my hair back from the dead! She knew exactly what I needed and made it happen. I have the most difficult hair, it's long, thick, frizzy... you name it. She went in like a surgeon and like an artist it came out perfect. Her reception was so patient and helped her with out complaint. I felt so bad but they kept reassuring me no to worry. Ugh the best service
Went in for a hair cut and she gave me an uneven cut. My left side is shorter than my right. I have curly hair which needs a layered cut. The cut I was given has drastic layers instead of gradual layers so it looks choppy. Then I ask if they do nails, she said no. Their website says they do manicures. I don't think I'll be returning.
My fiancé won a gift card to this salon and I drove out from Schaumburg to use it - I was not disappointed. Katrina cut and colored my hair and she did a knock out job. Very friendly and professional staff. I don't get my hair done super often but I would definitely make the drive to go back!! Thanks so much Te Elle Ce!!
I've been seeing Amanda for years and I often get compliments, so I'd definitely recommend her. She also did my hair (and bridesmaids') for my wedding and I loved it. They're closed on Mondays which can be inconvenient, but I've always found their scheduling to be flexible (evenings are available) and they've gotten me in last minute on more than one occasion.
Called on a Saturday three times right during peak hours and nobody answered the phone. So I called again and left a message for the fourth time. Right before closing time somebody called me back..I could tell she was young and with an attitude .. I asked her if I could come in and get a pedicure and she gave me a five minute window LOL. Then a few days later I got a call from the owner apologizing ..she told me that she apologized for her receptionist and that she's young. I told her that's not my problem.. she said "well what can you do with the young help these days." Wtf? Never even offered to try to have me come in for a discount or anything absolute horrible, horrible, horrible customer service!! This place does not care at all about their customers. I also went there once to get my hair colored and it was one of the worst color jobs I've ever had. Don't waste your time or money because they probably won't answer the phone!
