THE MOST HORRIBLE SALON EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! I would highly recommend NEVER attending this salon ever. I went in to get an eyebrow wax, and explained very clearly I just wanted to clean up my stray hairs. I very clearly explained that I liked the shape of my natural brows and I didn't want them any thinner. The woman DID NOT listen to anything I said, and she COMPLETELY CHANGED the shape of my eyebrows. Not only did she change the shape, but THE TWO EYEBROWS DO NOT MATCH. One of my eyebrow tails was completely waxed off. On top of all of this, when I said she did not do what I asked, she completely gaslighted me, saying this is exactly what I asked her and that she did nothing wrong
I've been going Today Nail Spa for years. The staff is great. Professional, friendly and helpful. Love the flexibility of being able to walk in when it's convenient for me.
Weirdest nail experience ever. Went in to get a pedi and no chip mani. Only men working there when I was there. Not a problem except the person painting my toes took forever almost an hour! My no chip was horrible and only lasted a day. Got some pics of them after a week. Also, looked very dirty and just tired around there.
