Worst haircut ever in my life :( and the stylist knew it. Tried to play it off but it is HORRIBLE! I'll never ever return. Asked for a simple curtain bang and long layers, brought in 3 photos to show as a guide, she barely glanced at them. I now have uneven bangs and layered hair. I literally could have cut my hair better than The stylist, Hannah Elizabeth. She had no idea what she was doing. I get that stylus can make mistakes, but in that case, at least own up to your error and try to make it right instead of pretending like everything is cool.
I am so happy that I listened to a friend who is an Aveda stylist in Minneapolis! She told me about their products and I tracked down the Salon St Martin. Then I found Hannah from Chicago! Such a nice place..Bruce checked me in, made my coffee and made me feel welcome. Hannah did a wonderful job listening and asking questions before ever touching my hair. Her demeanor is so cute and yet very experienced. I found my place! Next appointment...color!
I have never liked getting hair cuts, until i came here! I came in and the environment was friendly, Leon took me to his station and left my hair exactly how I wanted it! no complaints, he's awesome!! I mentioned to him how i needed my toe polish off because i had a trip to phoenix and he went out of his way and got me a spot with his coworker to get me taken care of, awesome place!
Welcoming and professional atmosphere, very clean. Michelle is a wonderful stylist who listens and uses her talent to give you a great style that complements your face. Ali W. (young female) gave a thorough and relaxing Aveda facial and a very nice lash tint! Very happy with all services and have returned to the business and received a lovely afternoon getting pampered and refurbished!
