Love Marnie's Salon! Marnie is so fun to spend time with and she always does really great with my color and cut. She really cares about all of her clients and does the best of the best!
Went to this Salon twice, third time I set an appointment and when I got there the door was locked so I called her on the phone and left a message saying I was there and waiting. Waited 20 minutes then left another message asking her to call me back so I could set another appt. Never received a call nor an apology for being a no show. I'm the customer and if she wants to cultivate her customer base then she is doing a bad job. I do not recommend flaky people. She also spent 35 minutes on my hair and charged me over 120.00. My new hair dresser is fabulous and after spending several hours on my highlights she charged me 115.00 and did such a great job I tipped her another 25.00 . Don't go here!
Worst haircut I have ever had. Did not know until I had to wash , looked great with her blow out with brush. Me so unable to do.. Uneven cut had to recut, One side longer than the other. I asked no beveling in back did, asked no layers did, asked no feathering of bangs, did. Ask please do not cut short, did. I wanted an even cut straight across. A little trim around. To balance out. Told I need just an easy cut so do not have to stand in front of a mirror with curling iron. Severe pain in neck shoulders and back. Used to be 20 minutes now just spent 1 1/2 hours crying while trying to fix. I do not have $30.00 to throw away like this., Spent 6 months or more growing my hair to one length. So a reliable hair stylist would have something to work with. GONE in less than 5 minutes ..I told her obviously she did not care... I do not even think she asked my name.. Thanks for nothing..
Marnie has been doing my hair for years and I will never go anywhere else. Her abilities with color and cut consistently exceed my expectations. When I go to Marnie's, I know that I will leave looking gorgeous! On top of all of that, she is a kind and beautiful person who makes the "me time" while getting my hair done even that much more enjoyable! Do not waste your time or money anywhere else!
