Favorite nail spa in Prescott, after trying 6 other places. They also give discounts for paying in cash.

Super upsetting to make this review as I have came to this establishment for two years, having their top notch pedicures and their $50+ fills every two weeks for the majority of those two years. I came in lastnight to get my nails done by the same person and my skin was torn when ripped away from the artifical nail, my finger was cut by the file, and there was multiple flaws in my nails, so I came back to have it fixed and was treat far from fair. I gave them another chance by having them fix it, and decided I would get a pedicure. The receptionist and Paul went outside and said negative things about me complaining about my nails then wanting a pedicure after. Then after being confronted by my fiance who was sitting in the car, they came in and tried to say she was telling Paul what happened, imply a man who served this country is lying to his fiance. What a way to run a business.

I've come to Bliss a couple times now and I honestly don't think I'll be back. I had a fill and removal previously and the fill was fine, but the removal was awful. I had the older man for the removal and this full set. He's rude and aggressive and makes me uncomfortable. I specifically scheduled this set with a different technician, but when I got to my appointment they stuck me with him. This is exactly a week since my appointment and my nails are lifting at the cuticle, snagging on my hair, and the polish is already worn off at the tips. He also made my thumbs and pinkies crooked and I don't have crooked fingers. This technician doesn't seem to care about the quality of his work and it's disappointing and not worth $100.

First time. Won't be back. It's incredibly dirty. I didn't see sanitized tools. The prices are too high. They charge you 5 bucks for a bowl of acetone, to soak your nails off. I've been getting my nails done for many, many years. Dirtiest place I've seen. The guy cut my cuticle. Didn't apologize. Now I have super glue on my finger. Meanwhile, I don't even wear tips.

I give this salon a 1 star because you can book an appt. on line, which I like. But it was a waste of money. First let me say I have good toenails - no fungus, not thick, etc. The lady did 1 clip per toe then 2 light swipes with an emery board. Put cuticle cream on and barely pushed back my cuticles. I told her she was being too gentle. Nothing to really clip because she hadn't really prepared my cuticles. I paid extra for callus removal. I just have dry feet , not really calluses. She did fair on that. I asked her to trim 2 toe nails that were left too long with sharp edges. She did but not happily. She only said hello to me and put feet in water. Nothing else - although she talked and laughed with every other co worker in a language I can't speak. Rude - at $1 / hr I don't need her to talk to me but don't be socializing the whole time with your coworkers. I don't do polish - just want to keep my feet healthy. Guess I'll turn myself into a pretzel and take care of them myself.
