Salon Purple in Fort Worth, TX

I would give one star if I could. I was trying to find a salon that specializes in curly hair and thought I hit the jackpot once I ran across this one. I was WRONG! I walked in and expressed to a woman that I'd like to get my hair cut and straightened. She went into the back and then came to the front with a man who told me that they don't have a stove, so they can't service me. I was of course confused and then appalled at the fact that he was referring to a hot comb being used. I turned around right then and there and would ABSOLUTELY NEVER recommend this salon to anyone of color.

Have the worst experience with salon purple, I came here one time with my boyfriend for his haircut and love how it came out so I tried making a appointment, I emailed them (March) and they reached out 4 days later asking for info and for a consultation and told me to send pics to a number they provided, I sent them pictures and never heard a response after that. 2 weeks passed and I emailed again and they apologized about "dropping the ball on this" and had me resend the pictures, so I emailed back within the hour asking what a good number to send it to was in case they never got my first pictures and they again didn't respond to this day (it's been like 1 month). My boyfriend called to make a appointment and confirmed that we were going through reminder sms messages and the day before the hairstylist text us to cancel and told us to reschedule, he texts back and we haven't gotten a response from her. At this point we're done. Emails don't work, setting up appointments through the phone doesn't work, and text messages either. We're still waiting for a response.. Ain't recommending this place to anyone.

I walked in with uneven long hair I'd been dying (and using color remover on) for almost 2 years, and 2 inches of gray roots. Walked out with a cute bob-type cut with gray blended out all over! I am so happy with the results! Terry did an excellent job cutting and coloring without direction from me as I didn't know what to do with the mess I'd created. Thanks so much, Terry! I was so excited about my new hair I walked out without tipping, something I never forget. I did call back and remedy that oversight.

I was visiting Fort Worth for the week and needed a haircut and Randi was able to take me on very short notice. She listened to what I wanted and even though I probably didn't explain it super well I left with exactly the haircut I was hoping for! (went from about 6" below the shoulder to just above the shoulder, with great shape and attention to my wavy hair) Randi was also super friendly, and talked me through all the products she was using and made recommendations specific to my hair type and daily routine (verrrrry low-maintenance). Would totally go back if I'm ever in town again & need a haircut!

Nadia did an outstanding job with my hair.she has awesome customer service. This salon is very unique, the setup, the music playing.you need a hairdresser, go to salon purple , you'll get your money's worth.
