Luxury Nail 1 in Fort Worth, TX

I've been coming here for the last year and these past couple of months has been horrible. They act as if they don't want to do your nails. I'm here at 5:30 and they tell me to come back tomorrow because they have 2 other ppl to do that are getting pedicures. The 2 nails techs were sitting down talking to each other with NO ONE in their seats. I'll be glad when the owner is back in town. This place has gone to SHITS since he's been gone. Their attitudes are HORRIBLE for no reason! THEY NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER!

I was quoted for an Acrylic nail French tip only polish for $35, the lady took me away from who I was with to do my nails. She proceeded to do my nails . She charged me $55. My only issue is that I was quoted a price and had to pay extra. Before going I went to the website. ALL PRICES ARE DIFFERENT. The $17 pedicure became $30 in person, and the $35 acrylic set online became $55 in person. When I told the woman all she said was "the guy doesn't know" and continued to point at the screen repeatedly for me to pay. I ended up paying instead of arguing. ALL EMPLOYEES NEED TO KNOW PRICES OR CREATE A LISTED PRICE MENU INSTEAD OF MAKING UP PRICES ALONG THE WAY. I shouldn't be told $35 but charged $55 . I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I use to love coming to this nail salon. Over the past few months they have been delivering very piss poor service. It has gone down hill where customer service is concerned. After today I will not be returning here. Awesome nails, nail techs have become very rude and take the guest for granted. I work too hard to spend my money where I'm not respected or appreciated.

The service was beyond horrible. The pedicure wad too rough and not enjoyable. I had a full set of nails that needed to be soaked off, and that was not done. The tech used another nail to take my nails off on my right hand which made me be in serious pain. I do not recommend.

Visited this nail salon a few months ago and had excellent service. Now the management it is under is the worst. The main nail tech who seems to be the translator for them that has blonde high lights and digs at the desk closest to the register was EXTREMELY rude to me. I booked an appointment online on their website and even received a text notification about my appointment. When I got there the nail tech had no idea what I was talking about even though their sign in system had my appointment under my phone number. She told me that my appointment had been canceled and that the nail tech I booked with would be there for 10 more minutes. So waited and waited and waited and waited until 30 minutes passed by and no one spoke to me or asked me about it again. She never showed up and the nail techs never tried to help me. Will never be going back here again. F*** this place!
