I started going to Lucina over 14 years ago. In a desperate attempt to fix a botched color and cut from another hairstylist, she was my saving grace!! She not only fixed it but made me look amazing!! I recommend her and her girls to everyone I know. She only hires the best and has high expectations for her clients. I would trust any of the girls here to do an incredible job. So thankful to have found her so long ago. She is worth every penny

Absolutely love this salon. Emily has been doing my hair forever. She does not disappoint. She is very open and honest about cut and color. She has always perfected both for me. The owner is amazing as well. They take their time and strive for excellence. Look no more it's the perfect place for your hair.

Just moved to the area and searched on Yelp for the best rated salon for color and cut - this salon required my credit card on file to make appointment, which I personally drove to the salon to give to them the card info as I wasn't comfortable giving it over the phone--that in itself should have been a red flag that they do not have good returning customers and need to feel secure with having your "deposit" if you cancel within 48 hours of appointment - good salons don't need to run scared with people canceling if they are offering good service. The second red flag was it was a Saturday and there were only two customers there in the 3.5 hrs I was in the salon. Lastly, I was asked to send in photos of what my hair currently was like and pictures of what I wanted the cut and color to be like when I set up the appointment 3 weeks ahead of time and when I get there, the stylist hadn't even seen/looked at my photos which were requested to make an appt - I was quoted a price of $130 and was charged $275 and gave a $25 tip for the worst color and cut I have ever had in my life. I have to say I wasn't shocked or disappointed to be told as I paid out that the stylist that did my hair was leaving this salon in a week to go to a different salon quite a distance from where I live. I would give it zero stars actually. The "few options" mentioned by the owner below were for her (owner) to have me come back into the salon to re-cut and re-color my hair - that's the last thing my hair needs right now--it would have to be cut so short would cause the health of my hear to weaken with more color processing. The obvious, just option, which was not offered to my bad experience, is a refund of my money--not more damaging service from this salon.
