Beware of Salon Naveah - Terrible Experience! I recently had the misfortune of visiting Salon Naveah, and I cannot emphasize enough how dreadful my experience was. Not only did they subject my hair to multiple unnecessary treatments, resulting in a disastrous case of "hot roots," but they also refused to acknowledge the extent of their mistake. To make matters worse, I was required to sign a waiver before a seemingly simple color service--an unusual practice I've never encountered in any reputable salon. This raised a red flag, suggesting an attempt to shield themselves from potential fallout due to their incompetence. Despite shelling out a whopping $300, my hair looks nothing like the intended outcome. The stylist's incompetence was painfully evident, as I spent over four agonizing hours in their chair. It's clear she had no clue what she was doing. To add insult to injury, it appears that professionalism is not a priority at Salon Naveah. During my visit, I witnessed an employee brazenly bringing in a case of beer, treating the salon like their personal party zone. It's disheartening to think that my hard-earned money went towards supporting such unprofessional behavior. In summary, my experience at Salon Naveah was a complete nightmare. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration by avoiding this establishment at all costs. Seriously! So unacceptable.

Carla is probably one of the best masseuses I have ever had. If you are looking for a truly therapeutic massage, go see Carla at Salon Nevaeh . J

Wow my son got his hair cut here and it was amazing. I thought this was only for ladies but no my son was happy. This place was great I recommend Mary she does the best job!

I love Kathleen's facials and have been her customer long before she joined Salon Nevaeh. This Salon is always clean and attractive, offering a number of services such as hair styling and nail services in addition to facials. Jane, the owner, is often at the front desk and is always friendly and outgoing. They have a large product selection for purchase but no one is pushy about it. I highly recommend Salon Nevaeh.!!

Well, I have been to the salon twice now and each time it was a disappointment First appointment I was booked for highlights with base color to cover roots and was told by stylist upon arrival... Oh, I won't have time to do both ... I can maybe just do your roots so they were done and just an ok job... I decide to give them another try and try a different stylist since I was not happy with the last.I get there and it takes 3 hrs for root touch up and I was up charged even over what I was told.... After 3 hrs for my roots , I was told $55 for color and $15 for shine treatment and it still came out to $84!!!! I will not be going back and don't recommend this salon.
