My teenage daughters both went to the Ken caryl, CO locations to get their long hair trimmed. Something I could have done fairly easy myself given the simplicity of their hair, but decided to trust a "professional" instead. Their experience was awful. They paid $53 to have their hair completely butchered. It looks like a 3 year old cut it. Nothing is even and chunks of hair are literally missing. Both came back in tears. I now have to pay a bunch more money to go to a place that employs people who have actually cut hair before.

I'm so disappointed in my "trim" that Alaina did. I asked for a 1 in. trim and she cut off close to 3-4 inches all around. It took everything in me not to start crying as I walked out, instead of brushing through my hair she literally cut the tangles out at my ends. She was barely tall enough to even reach my hair and she even commented that she was too short to reach. I'm sorry but if you aren't comfortable cutting someone's hair shouldn't you say something? Altogether it felt like she had no idea what she was doing. I am so mad at myself for trusting Great Clips with a simple trim.

The staff at this location is amazing! They really listen and will be courteous even if you had a recent hair transplant. I've never had the same stylist since I never reserve a spot in advanced but they are very consistent. Keep up the great work!
