This is the Best Salon in Wellesley, in MA. I have been going to Kathy (her & Stephanie are go owners). They used to be Hair West in Wellesley. They are so experienced, Kathy has become a lifelong friend, that is how they treat everyone. I went on Friday 12/10/23. Kathy did an amazing job with my grey coverup, cut/style. Went to a friends holiday party last night, everyone I saw, raved about my hair color & cut (& I hadn't even washed or styled it! She & Lisa do amazing work. Julie was awesome! She is what i describe a person who does not want to make a mistake! thats a plus, because having someone work on your hair is all about trust. trust that they care, trust that they know what they are doing. Most important trust that she wants to please her customer. That place was looking busy, which is good better then looking like they cant get business, nothing but respect. so i dont mind the multitasking between them. I ended up blow drying my own hair and str8in it because she had another customer, understandable. The only thing that really gets me is that they charged me moreeee then what they told me. Thats just plain rude and dishonest aside from me having a groupon that I paid to be charged way more then explained. naww ill never go back for a touch up or anything. good bye. give me my money back please and peace out.
