I had a birthday spa day gifted to me by my boyfriend and overall it was amazing I had the most amazing time with the staff! I had a facial, massage, mani/pedi. Everything was perfect except the mani pedi service. He paid extra for quick dry nail polish and was so excited but it was the most awful mani pedi I have ever received. My nails had bubbles and she completely filled away my square shape. I have had better service at the local hood spot. She made no real attempt to fix my nails and I was too relaxed to be like hey someone needs to fix this. I wouldn't recommend them for a mani/pedi. I was highly disappointed and still left the nail tech alone with a $66 tip just to be courteous Update: I was contacted and went back to have this service redone and when I tell you I am booking another appointment with Maria. Not only did she do a fabulous job but the way they handled this showed truly amazing customer service and care for customers. I appreciate them so much. I already had a great experience with my massage and facial but now I have that with my nails. Now I can go to one place for all my needs and know that the money I'm spending is for a quality service. 10/10 go visit!

Went for the prenatal package massage which includes a scalp treatment and a scrub on the legs. It was AMAZING. Highly recommend this service for any soon-to-be mommas. When I came in the front desk agent gave me a walk through of the spa, I then changed and had a relaxing sit in the waiting area. John was my massage therapist and he was fantastic, he told me he only comes in a few days a week, so if you see him available I suggest booking him. After I used the shower because my hair was greasy from the scalp massage, the spa had all the necessities for post shower care (lotion, single use combs, hairspray, blow dryer). Then at check-out everyone was so friendly. Will for sure be coming back.

I dont usually write review but I think I should write about the bad experience that I had with Krisztina. I tried her for micro needling ( 2 times) to reduce acne scars based on other people's review. And here are things that I am not happy about her. 1. The service is 50 mind but she finished in 20-30 mins. The whole procedure was done very quickly 2. When having the light on to kill bacteria, she did not have the protection googles on me for the first visit (only cotton pads) so my eyes were dried after that. The second visit I had to remind her to put on the protection googles for me. 3. My scars are more on nose and cheeks but she spent the least amount of time on them. Instead she put a lot of effort on the corner right of my forehead where I am most sensitive. I screamed in the room for a long time. I wonder if she was upset because she wanted me to come back after 2 weeks for next sessions of micro needling but I came back a month after instead? Also, the scars on my face is very obvious, she did not work on those areas but worked on the corner of my eyes and I have no wrinkles and it easily creates lines now at the end of my eyes when I smile I decide to write this review because I saw good reviews about her here and it was nit the same for me that I want to share so other people would know

Bella Sante employee reached out and made things right. I appreciate that kind of business. I've been coming here for several years and will continue to give them my business. Hopefully the broken sliding chair will be replaced by the next time (and the technician finds the hot stones which were not used...too bad as I love those hot stones!)
