AMAZING service, kindness, and care for me and my girls. Kassie is very attentive to what you want and what you need-from the style to the temperature of the water when washing/massaging your hair and scalp. Kassie provides a clean, calm, caring environment. ANYONE who complains about Kassie is obviously fraudulent and has no idea what they are talking about. We love her!
Kassie is the best! Been going to her for over a decade and she's the only person I'll trust with my hair. Not sure where the other review came from re Kassie as I am super picky and one of the things I love about Kassie is anytime I've expressed not liking something kassie fixes it or if I have an idea she explains what it'll take (pricing included) before the service happens. Highly suggest! She keeps on top of the latest and greatest hair techniques and is seriously amazing.
I arrived at the loft, kassie started doing my hair then let the bleach sit for 10-15 minutes or so she check it again waited another 15 minutes went to go rinse my hair out the water was extremely hot. She put toner in my hair brushed it out waited 20 minutes, went to go rinse water was still hot she used the exact same hairbrush on my hair that still had leftover toner from when she previously used to brushed my hair out which is contamination. Didn't even tell me she was going to charge extra $15 for color either.
I cane in today with a platinum blonde balayage that I've had for the last couple of years, looking for a change. I'm still pretty new to the area, so I was trying out a new stylist and I just wish I hadn't. Allison was nice enough during the service and seemed to know what I was asking for when I showed her my reference pictures. The cut turned out fine, but the color....it's truly awful and not even close to what I asked for. I told her as much and she offered to put more highlights in it aka bleach after I had told her I specifically didn't want bleach on my hair this time as I was PLATINUM when I came in. I asked for a refund and she said she'd give me $20 back for my $140 service. Awful customer service and now I have to book another appointment to attempt to fix this before I have to go back to work. I'm attaching pictures of what I had, what I asked for and what I got for reference. My ask wasn't ridiculous or unachievable by any stretch. I'm really disappointed and sad that my day was ruined and even more upset that I won't have the opportunity or time to get it fixed before my wedding.
Natalie is professional, attentive, kind, knowledgeable, fun and makes the necessary beauty appointment delightful and comfortable. If I'm chatty...she answers every question with ease. I'm completely impressed with her knowledge and skill set. My experience with Asia, her reception support staff, has been equally professional and pleasant.
