Wonderful, comfortable, and trusting Brazilian Wax service. I've been going for a year now and only recently thought to take time for the review. Keep doing your thing ladies. Customer service goes so far, and beyond!

Never again. First I called because I got turned around due to the construction but there was no answer. When I walked in right at my appointment time the owner was sitting up front talking on the phone. It was 13 minutes after my appointment that she walked me back and had me get undressed for my wax. When I walked back to the treatment room the bed she wanted me to lay on was greasy looking in the area she wanted me to lay my head. Fortunately I was wearing a hoodie. Another 7 minutes passes and I'm laying there undressed from the bottom down with no one in sight to do my wax. I put back on my clothes walk out to see who was doing my wax and if they were here, and the owner told me it was her and she's working the front desk and doing services and she said it with an attitude miner you, like she's the one who's being waiting 20 minutes for her appointment. She didn't appear to be doing much of anything that would bring her store in revenue, that with the fact that her customer service & whole demeanor SUCKS. I left. While waiting I had time enough to check out the reviews to which I decided it was probably best I left after reading people's reviews. I try my best to promote small businesses especially black owned businesses but this is one I will NEVER step foot in again. I'd encourage anyone to try their luck elsewhere as well.

Lashes were okay at best. Front desk lady convinced me to do the special on 4 gift cards for a lower price that would basically get me $50 off. What she didn't tell me is the gift cards are each only good for 1 month and then they expire. Complete scam. Super pissed.

I went here to have my eyebrows microbladed. After the initial procedure, my brows faded very patchy and light, which I was told was to be expected, since I would be coming back for a touch up after 4-6 weeks. During my touch up, Natalie listened to what I wanted the shape and color to look like but started to get visibly annoyed when I asked for a different shape to what she originally recommended and it took multiple extra passes to achieve that. It's now been about two and a half months since my touch up and I am highly unhappy with the healed result. My eyebrows are patchy, many of the strokes are already blurred, and one spot in particular is a giant blue spot with no defined strokes. The whole point of microblading is that I don't have to do my eyebrows everyday, but because of the patchiness and blue spot I still have to fill them in with makeup. I've attempted to email and call about getting a refund or have them fix my eyebrows to no avail. I have no experience with the other services offered, but I would not recommend for microblading services or their customer service.

Okay. Bought a Groupon for Brazilian wax. She just did it really weird. Like waxed over both lips at once... ive had over 20 waxes before and never had it done that watly. But better than me trying to do it myself because that's way hard and I'm not that flexible.
