I will start by saying there was a decent service provided. However, there was certainly a significant lack in customer service, possibly some discrimination. Sasha was rude and inconsiderate
It was my first time here and I got the $50 silver/partial sew in. It is secure and comfortable--not too tight. Any questions I had were answered and adjustments were made to customize the look to meet my needs. My hair blends very well because of it! You can tell they take pride in their work and listen to the clients' requests. I'll definitely be back!
I had Jeri as my stylist. She's the most skilled closure person I have seen for my hair. The atmosphere was fun and everyone was laughing. The salon is elegant and all of their hair look good!! (To me that's such an indicator). The pricing is AMAZING and you get so much more than what you pay for. She also gave me really good maintenance advice.
