I am so disappointed I made an appointment for a haircut and asked for a trim and for my layers to be shaped. Instead, my stylus didn't seem to know what to do with my curly hair and combed out all my curls then only trim some of it so I left the salon $40 later with just as many split ends as when I went in.. so now I will need to seek out another salon to actually do what was asked for. Very disappointed! And I have a name my stylist, but she was so rude. She didn't even introduce herself.
I went for my first visit in June 2023- the service was great, and my stylist was very experienced and knowledgeable. The interior could use a refresh, it is outdated and seems to be wearing down a little.

Stopped here by chance while running some errands, and this place did not disappoint. My stylist (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) was fantastic, she took the time to ask and discuss the type of hair style I wanted and even made a couple of suggestions that might suit. I was very happy with the finished product, even got some compliments at my daughters engagement party, thank you!
I had been going to Jackie for about 4 months. Loved the quality of her cuts and color. In fact she gets 5 stars. However, the staff answering the phones leaves something to be desired. I had a conflict with my recent appointment. I called in the day before and asked if I was 10 minutes late would that be ok. The receptionist said she was sure that was fine. I called the next morning as soon as I knew my exact timing and was rudely told that I was already too late (5 min) and they could no longer accommodate me. Another appointment was offered for later in the day. Unfortunately, that didn't work with my schedule. Honestly, the receptionist knew the day before that there were openings later In The day and did not offer that. Sad to lose a good stylist, but the front desk staff needs help.
