10/10 I had an massive upset after letting my roommate do my hair and they did everything they could to get me in and make me feel pretty again and all the girls in there have 10/10 personalities. they all were so sweet and made you feel like the most important person in the room. I will be going to Olivia until the end of time.
I tried this salon and was looking for my hair/bangs to get cleaned up. I was with Steven (I usually like a female to cut my hair as I have a more feminine bang style), but with the pandemic going on I won't be picky. All in all, Steven did a great cut on my hair, it seriously looks so good. The one thing I didn't love was how blunt/short my bangs were cut. I do look more professional/serious, which is great, just wish my bangs were cut to how I described I wanted them. They serve complimentary wine/water/etc. Very upscale and neat salon. They offer facials as well. All in all, I am very happy and will be returning.
