I'm not from around here so I got a Groupon for a me to do a cut keratin treatment and style. I'm extremely happy with what Amy did. Will definitely be going back to have a me cut my hair again. Salon is clean, smells great has a wonderful Decor that's cool and modern.
Purchased a haircut and color through Groupon on Nov 23rd, 2016. It was to be with the stylist Amy. However, after many attempts, I couldn't ever get in contact with anyone. They have limited hours, and, apparently, no live person to answer the phone! I left several messages on their voicemail asking for someone to please call me back...and it never happened. I called Groupon to get a refund, and Groupon said "there are no refunds". Really?? What a scam. Thankfully my credit card company issued a refund to me.
I will never buy from Groupon again, nor will I ever recommend this salon, unfortunately.
Very friendly, nice place. Stylist was nice and attentive as was everyone in the place. Went for the cut/partial highlight deal. My cut was good. Color ok, I'm not very fussy, what I mostly wanted was the greys covered. It looked and felt like they were and my style was great! I left happy and was in and out very quick. Faster than any other hair apt I've ever had!
What was strange though is after I washed my hair the entire front area is still very grey. My husband doesn't usually notice this stuff commented on my hair and even he noticed and asked "didn't you just get your hair done?"... very strange because I swear that it wasn't grey when I left the place. I've never had this happen to me so I'm not sure what to think!
Other than that strange highlighting issue the place is very nice so I'd recommend for a cut/style.
Tried out this Paul Mitchell salon yesterday and absolutely fell in love! The owner, Jadie, is quite knowledgeable and sweet. She did a fantastic job on my partial highlights and bangs. I'll be going back at regular intervals! She also has one of the best selections of Paul Mitchell products I've seen in a while.
