Been coming here for years and normally get what i ask for, although this last time they rushed like crazy to get my nails done. Not happy with results what so ever. Sloppy technique
Tried this place out and the place itself is nice and relaxing, friendly staff. I had a great massage with my pedicure and the polish lasted over a month! Only negative was the tool they use for callouses and heels doesn't work too well.
I got a fill in on Sept 16 to go to an event on 9/24. Before the event my nails starting chipping so when I got I called & spoke to the manager to let her know about my nails & who did my nails. She said they could only repair 2 of them & that I would have to pay for the others & if I wanted the polish changed that I had to pay for it. The manager also went on to say that the guy who did my nails were no longer there & that I should have called them about my nails. I told her I was out of town when they started chipping, I will never go back there again because they did not even try to satisfy the customer I don't have money to give away.

Three words.
Steven French manicure. The absolute best nail technician and free hand white tip applier. I'm talking like wedding quality, high class French manicure. I've been getting my nails done for 20 years and never have they ever lasted 3-4 weeks, definitely needed a fill by then , but no chipping and no polish coming off. Yes I use gel but he is so particular and very serious about his quality. It is by far the best looking and high job I ever received.
I used to love this spa. Recently one of my favorite employees left and the business has definitely gone down hill. When calling to schedule an appointment, the owner Cathy is usually the one to answer. She is usually not very friendly. At my last appointment, I had requested our favorite girls to do our nails. The one has left, and the one I requested did a good job with my daughter. I had asked for Stephen as the alternate, who I did not receive. The water for my daughters pedi was cold and the owner knew we were unhappy and seemed to try not to lose customers, especially since we go so often. Any other time we go she barely acknowledges us. We WILL NOT be returning simply because of Cathy and her demeanor.
